Terms of Service

These terms govern purchases from luxundry (luxundry LLC) through this website. By placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the store. We may update these terms; the date above is the current version.

1. Who may buy

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Products are sold for personal, household use, not for resale unless we agree in writing.

2. Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and include the amount shown at Stripe Checkout. An order is accepted when Stripe confirms payment. We may refuse or cancel an order for pricing errors, lack of stock, shipping restrictions, or suspected fraud, and will refund any amount charged. Promotional discounts (including on-site stay offers) apply only as stated and cannot be combined unless we say so.

3. Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. You authorize Stripe to charge the selected payment method for the order total.

4. Shipping

Standard shipping on in-stock orders is free. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier receives the parcel. International buyers are responsible for duties, VAT, and customs delays. See our Shipping page.

5. Returns

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price, as described on our Returns page. Opened UV cartridges are not returnable for hygiene reasons.

6. Warranty

FreshFold^™ and the Garment Care Bag include a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. Wear, misuse, unauthorized modification, and failure to follow instructions are not covered. This warranty is in addition to rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the catalog for competing commercial use, or place orders with stolen payment methods.

8. Emails

Order emails are part of the purchase. Marketing emails are sent only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in those emails or /unsubscribe. See our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property

The luxundry name, product names, copy, and images on this site are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without permission.

10. Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some places do not allow these limits; in those places our liability is limited to the minimum permitted.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply. Courts in San Francisco County, California have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
