Returns

You may return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to return

Email hello@luxundry.com with your order number. We will send return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we inspect the return, usually within 10 business days of receipt. Opened UV cartridges are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

Damaged in transit

Photograph the packaging and product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can replace the item or refund you.

Warranty

Manufacturing defects reported within 1 year of delivery are covered under the limited warranty in our Terms of Service.
